Payment & Refund Policy
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking for all services.
No Refunds: All sales are final. Due to the personalized and creative nature of the services, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is made.
Scheduling:
For services that require scheduling (e.g., in-home styling sessions), you will be contacted within 48 hours with available dates.
Payment secures your service and my dedicated preparation, regardless of the scheduled date.
Rescheduling: Once a date is confirmed, you may reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice.
